Empower your Health
Acupuncture has been around for thousands of years. It has both physical and emotional benefits. It works by stimulating the central nervous system to release neurotransmitters that impact pain perception, mood, and physiological functions. Acupuncture also stimulates the body's natural healing response by increasing blood flow and modulating inflammation. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi flows through the body along meridians and can be accessed at specific points to regulate Qi, Yin, and Yang and restore health and balance. Acupuncture has been shown to help with pain, musculoskeletal injuries, headaches, anxiety, nausea, stress, insomnia, and more.

Nina has a Doctorate and a Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been a California Licensed Acupuncturist since 2017. She has been practicing in midtown Sacramento since 2018 and takes pride in helping patients achieve their health goals and feel like their best selves.
Nina's introduction to acupuncture was as a patient herself due to an injury. After experiencing the benefits firsthand, she was inspired to learn the practice and to help others as she had been helped.
